Returns & Exchanges

As all of our products are personalised and made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We hope you understand that this is due to the bespoke nature of our products.

What if my item is faulty or incorrect?

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we'll resolve it promptly — whether that's a replacement or a full refund.

How long do refunds take?

Once a faulty return is approved, please allow 5–7 business days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method.

How long does delivery take?

As items are made to order, please allow additional time for production. Standard UK delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after dispatch. You'll receive a tracking link once your order has been sent.

Do you ship internationally?

Please contact us for international shipping enquiries and we'll be happy to help.

How do I care for my activewear?

To keep your H & Co pieces looking their best, we recommend washing on a cool cycle, avoiding fabric softener, and air drying where possible.
